But I do believe in the nutritive power of the right foods, and the destructive power of the wrong ones, in regards to the human body. And a food that is good for you might not be good for me. Intuitively listening to your body, and intentionally seeking answers about food sensitivities, can be life changing. That is the goal of this website, to help you learn which foods work, and which foods don’t, towards your optimal health.
With so many food choices around us presently, it can truly be a lesson in willpower to try and choose the healthy ones. And even foods labeled as healthy aren’t necessarily such. Only with education, self-experimentation, and the willingness to let go of old food habits will you be able to sever emotional ties to food, and allow food to become what it is truly meant to be: life sustaining.
